The Coring Bit attaches to the drilling machine with a properly sized Expander Set. Diamond Bits perform well in high-output, heavy-use applications, and can be refurbished when worn. Diamond Coring Bits are designed for wet-use with reinforced concrete and similar hard materials. Fast-cutting when used for indicated applications. The standard 14in (356mm) length allows for cutting cores in lengths up to 12in (305mm).
Expander Sets for Open-Head Concrete Coring Drill Bits are required to connect Open-Head Concrete Coring Bits to the drilling machine, and are purchased separately in sizes corresponding to the bit. Final core diameter is approximately 0.25in (6.4mm) smaller than nominal outside diameter.
