Unlike other piezometer designs with welded fittings, the AMS Piezometer allows for the removal and replacement of the internal components, including the 50 mesh SST Screen & Spring, for proper decontamination in between samplings. The kit also includes the patented AMS SST Dedicated Tip with SST screen, which serves as both a drop weight and sampling port. Connected to the piezometer using a barbed adapter and fluoropolymer or poly tubing, the SST Dedicated Tip allows for efficient and reliable sampling. Various pumping systems, such as peristaltic pumps, bladder pumps, stainless steel bailers, and inertia samplers, can be used in conjunction with the SST Dedicated Tip.

Removal of the extensions and piezometer is made easy with the AMS Big Foot removal jack and T-Jack Adapter.
