The CBR Mold Collar attaches to the CBR Mold (sold separately) when preparing a soil sample for California Bearing Ratio (CBR) strength testing. The sturdy steel extension provides greater molding space for additional soil to be compacted. This allows for precise trimming of the specimen. CBR Mold Collars are 2in (51mm) extensions for CBR Molds that allow for overfilling of the molds with compacted material.
