Cylinder Splitting Set for Gilson 300K Concrete Compression Machines
Cylinder Splitting Sets used with the 250, 300, 400, and 500 Series Concrete Compression Machines have a 2x12in (51x304mm) LxW bearing contact area with bar head and platens. The head assembly has a scribed centerline for easy centering of the test sample and attaches to the machine with a locking stem system.
The splitting set for the 250 Series also includes a 12.5x7in (317x178mm) wide lower bearing plate. The set meets ASTM and AASHTO standards for splitting tensile strength of concrete cylinders.
