Despatch LBB 1-69 Standard Electric Oven, 6.9cf Capacity
The Despatch Forced Air Heavy Duty Convection Oven, 6.9cf, features a microprocessor digital proportioning controller and open-coil heater elements, warranted for five years. High-limit controls are standard. Double-wall construction with glass fiber insulation and silicone door gaskets minimize heat loss. The exterior surface has a scratch resistant baked enamel coating. The stainless steel interior is standard on this model. Shelves are moveable on 2in (52mm) centers. Two shelves are included.
This standard series forced-convection oven has a single setpoint digital proportioning controller and rocker switch for power and heater. Maximum temperature is 400°F (204°C). This oven has two chamber doors. Forced air circulation from top mounted fan and side plenums allow rapid and effective heat distribution, permitting higher-density work loads. Uniformity is ±3° at 150°C. Standard range is 99.9 hours; range can be changed in field to 999., 9.99, or .999 hours or minutes.
