Grout Flow Cone with 3/4in Orifice, Polyethylene
The unbreakable polyethylene cone with stainless steel orifice is economically priced, simple to use and cleans easily. The Polyethylene Grout Flow Cone is for field measurements of flowability of fluid hydraulic grouts used in preplaced aggregate concrete. The flow cone method is for use with grouts having 35 seconds or less efflux time.
Includes Flow Cone with 3/4” stainless steel discharge orifice with cap.

The Flow Cone Stand is a necessary accessory for proper positioning of the flow cone during testing. It ensures accurate and reliable results. Another accessory is the Grout Flow Cone, which is specifically used for testing flowable grouts. This cone requires the HMA-146 or HMA-147 Orifice, which can be purchased separately.
If you require a different orifice size, the Flow Cone with a 0.5in Orifice is available. This measurement tool is ideal for determining the flowability of different types of grout materials.
To collect the grout from your tests, you can choose from a 2qt or 6qt Stainless Steel Beaker. The 2qt beaker is suitable for receiving grout from a single test, while the 6qt beaker can collect grout from up to three tests.
For accurate timing during testing, the Large Display Stopwatch is recommended. This digital stopwatch displays time in minutes and seconds, allowing you to easily determine the flowability time of the grout.
