The Pore Pressure Transducer & Readout unit monitors pore water pressures in soil specimens, and is generally used with triaxial and permeability cells. The Transducer attaches to the cap and pedestal drainage valves of the Triaxial or Flex-Wall Chambers. It is equipped with a deairing valve, and has a 4.5in (114.3mm) LCD digital display. The unit's digital readout is calibrated to ± 0.5% of full scale accuracy, and housed in a stand-alone benchtop cabinet for easy portability in the lab.
