Tinned Sample Containers, 6oz, Pkg 12 - Round containers with tight-fitting slip cover lids are often used to prevent moisture loss in samples during storage or in transit. Ideal for sieve test samples. All have straight sides and flat bottom. Covers fit bottom of container during drying or in use.
Tinned-Metal Sample Containers are used with Manual Universal Penetrometer or Automatic Universal Penetrometer in sampling and measuring specimen materials. The round containers are 2.9x1.9in (74x48mm) dia.xH and have a 6oz (177mL) capacity. Meets AASHTO T 176 and T 210, ASTM D2419, and California 217 and 229 Standards. Sold in a package of 12.
