The Digital Residual Pressure Manometer is a precise, mercury-free solution designed for asphalt Rice Test applications and other vacuum measurement needs in the lab. It offers a safe, reliable, and environmentally-friendly way to measure vacuum levels, meeting ASTM D2041 and AASHTO T209 standards for specific gravity and density determinations in asphalt mixtures.

This manometer features an absolute pressure transducer and provides fast, accurate digital vacuum readings from 0 to 1,000mm Hg with 0.1mm resolution. Its backlit display ensures easy readability, and accuracy is rated at ±0.5% of full scale. The unit includes a 0.25in hose barb connection with a needle valve for vacuum tubing and operates on a 9V battery or an AC adapter, both of which are included.

Each manometer comes certified with multi-point calibration at 25, 30, and 35mm Hg on NIST traceable equipment, ensuring compliance with AASHTO T209 requirements and is supplied with a NIST Calibration Certificate.
