The BL100 pH Controller and Dosing Pump is extremely easy to use, simply insert the probe and injection valve in-line with the recirculation pump and provide the chemical to be dosed. With a pH range of 0.00 to 14.00 pH and pH resolution of 0.01 pH, this system ensures accurate pH readouts. The temperature range of -5.0 to 105°C (23.0 to 221.0°F) and automatic temperature compensation provides precise temperature control with a resolution of 0.1°C (0.1°F) and an accuracy of ±0.5°C (±0.9°F).
An intuitive alarm system using red, light green, and green color-coded backlight is in place to ensure alarms are highly visible. High and low alarms with enable/disable options, over-time protection (1 to 180 minutes or off), and external event input ensure reliable operation. Selectable flow rate (0.5 to 3.5 L/hour; 0.13 to 0.92 G/hour) manual control for pump priming and single-point, adjustable process calibration of ±0.50 pH around measured pH are also included, making this system customizable to your specific needs.
