HiTemp 140 Temperature Data Logger with 2in Flex Probe, NIST

The HiTemp 140 is a durable, high-precision temperature data logger designed for extreme environments such as autoclaves, sterilizers, ovens, research labs, and food processing facilities.

Built with stainless steel and fully submersible, it can withstand temperatures up to 140°C (284°F) with an impressive accuracy of +/-0.1°C (0.18°F) across its entire range. With a storage capacity of up to 32,700 date- and time-stamped readings, its non-volatile memory ensures data is retained even if the battery runs out.

Pair the HiTemp 140 with the USB Docking Station and Software (sold separately) for easy setup, data download, and management. Analyze results in graphical, tabular, or summary formats with options to view data in °C, °F, K, or °R. For deeper analysis, data can be automatically exported to Excel®.
