The Jones Riffle Splitter is expertly engineered for the precise dividing and mixing of fine powders and granular materials. The included sample pans feature an extended back design to prevent material loss and spillage during operation.

The splitter works by directing material from a stainless steel feeder hopper over a series of fixed-width chutes. This process divides the sample, with alternating chutes directing the material into two separate sample pans below. This model is specifically designed for fine materials with a top size of up to 1.5mm.

This particular splitter is a stainless steel contact parts model, ensuring that all surfaces touching the sample are made of stainless steel. This prevents corrosion and minimizes sample contamination, which is critical for high-accuracy testing.
