Thermocouple Data Logger with Graphic Screen, 32 to 392F (0 to 200C)
Thermocouple Data Logger w/ Graphic Screen is supplied with a 1.0m K-type thermocouple with -80 to 400°C (-112 to 752°F) measurement range. Resolution is 0.1°C (0.2°F). It is also compatible with J and T-type thermocouples. Accuracy for the logger only is ±2.7°F (1.5°C). The logger stores over 250,000 temperature readings from the thermocouple. MA-491 features logging rates between 2 seconds and 1 hour, with immediate, delayed, push-button or temperature-triggered start mode. Data can be downloaded through connection to a computer’s USB port by using the free downloadable software. The software is compatible with 32- and 64-bit versions of Windows 7, 8 and 10 and allows the operator to download, graph, annotate data and/or export in Excel, PDF and jpg formats.
The high contrast dot-matrix LCD graphic display has three buttons to navigate through the on-screen menu. This menu provides access to real-time trend analysis, data summaries and the ability to start, stop and restart the data logger independently of the host-PC. The max/min reading can be reset on-screen, creating an event marker in the data which can later be viewed in the graphing software and data file. The data logger includes two lithium AA batteries, which typically last a year before replacing.
